Vacancies at FRIM November 2012

Nourish Care Sdn. Bhd is a Malaysian company specializing in the production of natural health foods, beverages and supplements. We are looking for suitable candidates who are eligible to fill the following position:

1. SALES REPRESENTATIVE Kuala Lumpur - Fisherman

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Always visit each hypermarket every day.

2. Ensure products are always on sale shelves at hypermarkets

3. Ensure products off the shelf are always in good condition.

4. Examine each hypermarket stores that do not run out of stock products.

5. Always consult and establish good rapport with buyers from every hypermarket.

6. Keep in touch with the buyer if the hypermarket is out of stock, defective products, product promotion, sampling etc)

7. Responsible for taking messages Purchases (PO-Purchase Order), delivery of the product (DO-Delivery Order) and taking payments (Collection of Payment) of the hypermarket.

8. Responsible for providing daily reports, weekly and monthly about products & sales to the company.

9. Responsible for achieving the sales target set.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary / SPM / "O" Level, Higher Secondary / STPM / "A" Level / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Diploma / Graduate.

2. Experienced / knowledgeable in the areas of sales and marketing preferred.

3. Have skills in oral and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Skilled in Mandarin is encouraged).

4. Have a friendly personality, love to meet people, disciplined and have the passion and ability to achieve sales targets set.

5. Must have own transport and willing to always drive (travel) around Malaysia.

6. Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.

DETAILS OF WORK, WAGES AND BENEFITS:

1. The basic salary is about RM1, 100 - RM1, 500 (determined based on experience).

2. High commission of 0.5% - 2% (based on total sales target set).

3. EPF and Sosco provided.

4. Given travel claims - tolls, parking & mileage can be claimed. Claim daily allowances, meal allowances and hotel are also given (If you're doing more work and time away from the office).

5. Is a full-time job status (Trial 6 months - probation).

6. Working time: Monday-Friday, at 8.00am - 5.00pm).

7. Office position is in Kepong.

8. Three (3) vacancies to be filled.
