ABOUT PR1MA

1Malaysia People's Housing (PR1MA) Limited was established in accordance with the Act PR1MA 2012. PR1MA responsible to plan, develop, build and maintain affordable housing lifestyle to middle-income people in the area major cities. Moderate income is defined as household income (husband and wife) between RM2, 500 to RM7, 500.00

Prime Minister of Malaysia recognizes the financial burden faced by the urban population with monthly medium due to rapid development in Malaysia. His vision is to compensate for the assistance given to people in rural areas and in urban areas. PR1MA is one of the noble efforts undertaken to help people manage the cost of living in urban areas. PR1MA will be the middle income group which aims to offer a home between RM100, 000 to RM400, 000 which was developed in a sustainable community development.
